Patient Description

This young lady wanted natural but larger breasts. She also wanted to close the gap between her breasts. To look natural after breast augmentation surgery, the roundness should be in the cleavage, and outside and bottom of the breast areas. There should not be roundness or a 'Shelf' at the upper breast between the collar bone and the nipple, just a natural slope.
