What is the Best Recommended Diet Before Undergoing a Laser Lipo? Would Atkins Work in This Case?

I am a 28 year old female who has been committed to regular exercise for the past two years yet my weight has been fluctuating. i would like to get laser lipo for my inner thighs love handles and probably my abdomen since all the jogging did not seem to have ever solved my problem. but i am concerned about the type of diet that i need to go on before getting the procedure done. I am almost 20 pounds over my ideal weight but i have to mention that i have an athletic body with a high muscle mass.

The best diet is one you can stay on the rest of your life.
Fad diets are doomed to fail. The only diet that works is one you can stick to for the rest of your life. Research shows that the only way to lose weight is to take in less calories (food) than you spend (exercise). Once you lose weight, you also have to decrease your caloric intake just to maintain your reduced weight. Research has also shown some small changes you can make which statistically have been correlated with long term weight loss success. 1) Eat a healthy breakfast daily. 2) Exercise at least 1 hour per day. 3) Watch less than 10 hours of tv per week. 4) Weigh yourself once a week. Sounds simple enough but statistics show that these measures work long term. A healthy diet and lifestyle are essential. Laserlipo can then take care of your problem areas.
