Patient Description

This 31 year old woman from the New Orleans area had both Gastric Sleeve and Lap Band procedures and three caesarian sections. After a 110 pound weight loss she was left with excess abdominal skin. She was a perfect candidate for body contouring with liposuction of the abdomen and lateral torso. She also had a breast augmentation with mini breast lift and thigh lift at the same time. The procedure was performed at the hospital under general anesthesia. An On Q pain pump was used for the first 3 days after surgery to minimize postoperative discomfort.
