Patient Description

This young woman from Metairie underwent dual plane breast augmentation with an inframammary incision. Allergan Natrelle INSPIRA Cohesive Gummy breast implants were placed behind the muscle; SCX 340 cc, extra high profile. Long acting numbing medicine was placed in the pocket under the pectoral muscle to minimize any discomfort .She was back to work within a week.
