Patient Description

This healthy thin mother of three lost most of her breast tissue . She wanted her breast fullness back but preferred to look natural. She had a very down turning rib cage and collapse of the nipple areola complex. Dr. Mizgala placed Sientra Gummy Bear breast implants under the pectoral muscle through an inframammary incision in the crease beneath each breast. The implants were 435 cc Moderate Profile and recreated the look she wanted.
