Breast Augmentation

Patient Description

This 35 year old woman developed postpartum breast involution which was corrected with Sientra cohesive gel series 107 breast implants- one type of Gummy Bear breast implants. A Keller funnel was used to place the implants through an inframammary incision in the lower fold of each breast. The funnel allows for a shorter incision and less trauma to the breast implants as they are inserted.
