Breast Revision

Patient Description

This young lady had a spontaneous deflation of a saline filled breast implant placed by another surgeon. Dr. Mizgala discussed all her options, including a breast revision, simply replacing the deflated left breast implant. Together they decided on another plan to improve her overall breast appearance by removing both the deflated and the other Saline implant and upgrading to softer, more natural looking Gummy Bear breast implants. Even the appearance of the undeflated side looks better after the newer implants were placed. They chose Extra Full Cohesive Gummy Bear Inspira Breast implants from Allergan; SCX. Despite the Extra full profile, they still look very natural.
